By creating an account, shortening links, creating bio pages, or otherwise accessing any services provided by 2if.net ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the platform. We may modify these Terms at any time; your continued use following any published revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian consent in your jurisdiction to use this service. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is truthful, complete, and accurate.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API security tokens.
• You must immediately notify our support team of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
• Account sharing across unrelated entities or automated multi-registration to circumvent quotas is strictly prohibited.

Our infrastructure is designed for high-reputation link delivery and verified marketing campaigns. We maintain an uncompromising zero-tolerance policy against malicious or illicit behavior.

Any link or account discovered violating this policy will be terminated immediately without prior notice and may be reported to law enforcement agencies.

We provide URL shortening, alias routing, password protection, and geographic/device targeting. We do not guarantee continuous uptime or uninterrupted routing if an external destination URL becomes unavailable, malicious, or violates trademark laws.

• Custom Aliases: We reserve the right to reclaim, reassign, or block any custom alias that infringes on registered trademarks or misleads users.
• Custom Domains: When connecting custom branded domains, you are responsible for maintaining valid DNS records and complying with your registrar's policies.
• Link Interception: We may display warning screens or block redirection for links flagged by threat intelligence providers or community reports.

You retain ownership of any profile avatars, images, links, text, and media you upload to your Bio Pages. However, by publishing a Bio Page, you grant 2if.net a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content strictly to provide the service.

You represent and warrant that your Bio Pages do not violate third-party copyright, privacy, publicity rights, or local consumer protection standards.

QR codes and Code-128 linear barcodes generated on the platform are provided in SVG and vector formats for commercial and personal printing. Before mass-printing on physical packaging, merchandise, or billboards, you must thoroughly scan and verify the generated code on physical test prints.

We are not liable for any physical printing costs, inventory damage, or financial losses resulting from defective external scanners or improper print contrast.

Paid subscriptions grant access to enhanced quotas (links, bio pages, custom domains, high-frequency API calls). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your dashboard settings.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your benefits will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
• Refunds: Unless mandated by statutory local consumer laws, all subscription payments and renewal fees are non-refundable.

The platform name, brand assets, user interface, software code, databases, algorithms, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of 2if.net.

We respect the intellectual property of others and respond expeditiously to valid copyright infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international directives.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 2if.net BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms our community or platform integrity.
